As an East Tennessean I've grown up eating Pal's. It is an amazing place to grab an All-American burger, fries, sweet tea and for desert, a milkshake! They have amazing chicken sandwiches, biscuits and gravy and cheddar rounds! Oh my! Always a clean restaurant (the two in Kingsport that are walk-ins especially) and the staff is always nice and friendly no matter the location. Highly recommend Pal's!

we got food and the first time they got it wrong then we went again the second time was wrong then the third time was right. They are bad service don't go to them go to a different pals

I usually have an outstanding experience with Pals but this time unfortunately I had a hair in my burger they did however give me a refund but with the return of the food.

Cheddar rounds and the sausage biscuits are so good and the biscuits are so soft and fluffy

So yuMMy delicious fast food! The cheddar rounds at breakfast are a must have. The chili burger is by far my favorite. The chili dog is a close second.

Great food! Cleanest resturant in town! Friendly organized staff. The majority of the so called fast food restaurants in Kingsport could and should learn from Pals! These folks do it all right! I don't see a timer in the drive through window here that the staff keep resetting to keep their customers service numbers up! I do see properly trained orgainzed team inside every Pals, and each of those people know what their role is and how to do it correctly. To all the other fast food restaurants quit lying to yourself and your management. The truth is your customer service stinks! Fix the problem! Get the staff you need, train them, get organized, and at least maybe stand a chance of getting close enough to see the bar Pals has set so high. Never have I been ask not once to pull forward or park to wait on my order here.

Pal's always has great accuracy and speed with their orders! Can't go wrong with a Big Chick and Frenchie Fries. Whenever I have friends come visit from around the world, I always bring them to Pal's.

Pals needs to be a national chain. Sorry, Pal, but it does! It would be bigger than any fast food restaurant around!

Pal's is one of my favorite fast food restraunts! EVERYTHING is good!.

The best drive through burger joint this side of the Mason dixon! Hamburgers are as good as the service. Always enjoy the food. Can't leave without at least a small chocolate milkshake. Best shake in town.

Best fast food joint in the whole East side of the states

I was thoroughly impressed by Pals today. I deliver a lot of food to businesses that I work with and I usually have large orders. At 10:29 am I order 20 sausage biscuits. The manager, without blinking, approaches the window and offers to bake my order fresh. That’s above and beyond what I would ever expect. Thank you for being the best today Pals.

This place is always a ray of sunshine. Very welcoming, friendly faces. Food is always accurate. Make sure to check out their cheddar rounds in the morning. Best part of my day, some days. Burgers, fries, tea, and shakes are also outstanding.
